Here at VCSA is a workout that involves a combination of punches such as (jab, crosses, uppercuts, hooks, bolo punches and over hands) and Footwork and Angles (Slip pivots, Step back, L- Shape, Turns, switches, shuffles, and the flash step) that are performed together at a quick pace.
